Oh, man, where do we even begin with this one!? Can you imagine being in 2nd-5th grade and rocking out in your first ever ROCK BAND!? This class takes the classic garage band experience to a whole new level! Taught by a teaching team of young and cool, world-class professional musicians (touring/performance credits include Gwen Stefani, Cake, and many others!), Rock Band is THE class to take to learn how to jam and rock out on keys, guitar, ukulele, drums, bass and singing! Students will learn basic technique and some of the necessary FUNdamentals for playing these instruments in a band setting. We’ll also dive into branding/band identity and the final class will culminate with an EPIC LIVE CONCERT! Don’t miss out on the cool sounds and fun moments this class has to offer! Class meets off-site in a REAL band rehearsal studio (Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys border, exactly 1 mile door to door from Lanai)!! Class space is VERY limited to ensure high quality and so that each student receives adequate attention.
Grades: *2nd-5th* (For TK-1st Graders, we recommend Ukulele!)
